We were visiting Grand Island, New York to sell a hotel and decided to take a trip into Niagara Falls, Canada.

Our local connection suggested we make a reservation at the Skylon Tower Revolving Dining Room.  This restaurant literally takes fine dining to the top.  It sits 775 ft above the Falls, and on a clear day, you can see all the way into Toronto. 

The menu was decadent.  I had the Grilled Fresh Salmon Filet and Stephen had the Prime Rib.  It was definitely pricey, but with the view, it was totally worth it. 

After dinner, we took pictures at the Falls, played a bit in a hotel casino, and then drove back to the States.

A short but sweet trip. One more item off the bucket list.
