Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin

Crockpot Pork Roast

Cook Time: 5 hours

You will need:

4 celery stalks

3 carrots

6 potatoes

1 tbsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

! clove of garlic

1 and 1/3 cup Brown Sugar

1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp of dijon mustard

1 and 1/2 cup of chicken stock

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 an apple

1/4 cup of raisins

Ditections:

Cut the 4 stalks of celery, 3 carrots, and 6 potatoes

Place in crockpot

Wash and dry 2 1/2 lb pork loin

Trim the excess fat

Rub salt, pepper, and garlic on the pork loin

Mix together the 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Rub all over the pork loin

Place in crockpot for 4 hours on Low

After 1 hour:

Add 1 and 1/2 cup of chicken stock

After the remaining 3 hours:

Mix together 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon

Rub on top of the pork

Add apple slices and raisins on top

Cook for 1 more hour on Low

Serve with Bread and Red Wine!

The sauce will be sweet… a beautiful contrast to the savory pork… Enjoy!
